Dragon Boat 5

Dragon Boat Festival

11th August 2024

The Dragon Boat Festival is an annual event held on the final quarter of the year. A variety of teams with vastly different levels of experience gather to raise funds for seriously ill children and children with disabilities and participate in fun packed day.

Whether you are a Dragon Boat racing club, a local organisation or a group of friends that has never paddled before, we would love you to participate in a great day of Dragon Boat Racing at Jack Evans Boat Harbour (behind Twin Towns – corner of Wharf & Boundary Streets).

There are trophies for various categories, including best dressed! Plenty to eat & drink (no alcohol), and lots of fun to be had by all.

It is a very enjoyable family day with every cent being donated back to local charity KIN.
